If you would like to make a donation to Evergreen, please contact us at (318) 949-5500. We greatly appreciate your support.
Evergreen has now implemented its "Building Better Lives" Society. This society provides a supporter the ability to pledge multiple years, thereby showing a commitment to our organization and our mission. Through this pledge, you are able to touch many lives and you can expect to receive the following for your commitment:
$1,000 or more per year for five years
Recognition Plaque - after the pledge is received each year, you will be given an engraved plate recognizing that year's pledge to add to the plaque.
Donor Appreciation Event - you will be invited to join us for an annual luncheon, hosted by Evergreen, to show our appreciation for our donors. You will receive special recognition at the luncheon, unless otherwise stated by the donor.
News Briefings - You will receive bi-annual reports that will show what is being accomplished with your donations to the "Building Better Lives" Society.
$5,000 or more per year for five years
Special Custom Solid Walnut Recognition Plaque - after the pledge is received each year, you will be given an engraved plate recognizing that year's pledge to add to the plaque.
Donor Appreciation Event - you will be invited to join us for an annual luncheon, hosted by Evergreen, to show our appreciation for our donors. You will receive special recognition at the luncheon, unless otherwise stated by the donor.
Special Events - You will also receive an invitation and a ticket, if necessary, for all events held by Evergreen throughout the year.

$10,000 or more per year for five years

Memorial donations may be made in memory of someone by sending a check to Evergreen Foundation, 2101 Highway 80, Haughton, LA 71037. Please state where you wish an acknowledgement to be sent, a name and mailing address. |
