On October 2nd the Dallas – Fort Worth community came together to honor Frank C. Davis III at the inaugural Under the Texas Stars Gala at the Omni Mandalay at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas to raise the much needed funds for Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries. President John Taylor presented Mr. Davis with an award for his faithful service to Evergreen and his commitment to his community. Mr. Davis graciously thanked and acknowledged all of the sponsors and donors who helped donate over $102,000.
Mr. and Mrs. Rawlings E. Diamond, parents of an Evergreen client, were in attendance of the gala. Mr. Diamond shared what Evergreen has meant to him and his wife, Sarah, and the peace of mind it has provided for them knowing that their daughter is receiving excellent care.
Tammy, one of Evergreen’s “Chosen” dancers, and her dance mates two stepped their way into the hearts of the gala’s guest with two amazing performances.
