Keith W. Stevenson is the new division director of the Southwest Louisiana Division of Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries.

Stevenson has been employed with Evergreen since 1991. He has served as program supervisor, direct support specialist, acting home manager, certified medication attendant and direct service worker.

He is the associate pastor at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church in DeRidder. Stevenson has a Bachelor and Master of Theology degrees from United Theological Seminary and Bible College in Monroe. He has a B.S. from McNeese State University.

Stevenson is a member of the American Association on Mental Retardation and chair of the religious and spirituality division of AAMR.

Evergreen, a ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA), Synod of the Sun, is a not-for-profit, premier provider of services to nearly 800 people with disabilities in five states. It is headquartered in Bossier City and has offices in the Alexandria-Pineville area.

Evergreen has eight community homes in Lake Charles and offers vocational services and supported independent living.
