Bob Lindsey was named Employee of the Year for the home office of Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries at its annual banquet.
An Evergreen employee since 1987, his title is information manager. Employee of the Year is given to an employee with outstanding dedication to the organization.
Awarded for 30 years of service was Patsy Hood. Achieving 25 years were Craig Forgey and Pam Ivy. Sandy Wallace was recognized for 20 years of employment and Steve Casey and Yvone Mackey achieved the 15-year mark. Others receiving length of service awards were Kent Craft, Karen Craig and Billy Hancock for five years and Cathey Crow, Sherry Pryor and Jacqueline Wilhite, three years.
Evergreen, a ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA), Synod of the Sun, is a not-for-profit, premier provider of services to nearly 1,100 people with developmental disabilities in five states. It is headquartered in Bossier City.
